Nakano Central Park will use the latest technology to reduce CO² emissions
in the east building by 25% and in the south building by 31%.
The east and south buildings are ranked “S” under CASBEE®, which evaluates a building’s overall environmental design including energy conservation, comfort level, scenery, and other components.
The east buidling also has a PAL (Perimeter Annual Thermal Load) value of about 27%, and an ERR value (Energy Reduction Rate) of about 26%. The south building has a PAL value of about 25% and an ERR value of about 27%.
